ContactPigeon’s AI content assistant is here, and we’ve got you covered!

How do I use the Pigeon AI Assistant?

We are certain that ContactPigeon’s AI assistant will be your right hand when crafting your newsletters, improving user engagement and efficiency. But if you’re wondering how can you use it, we have prepared a step-by-step guide to help you plan and execute this magnificent update: 

Step 1: Access the campaign dashboard and start a new email campaign

After logging in to your customer engagement platform’s dashboard, navigate to the “Campaign” section. Within the Campaign section, initiate a new campaign by clicking on the “New Campaign” button. Choose the campaign type “Email Campaign”  and start creating your newsletter. 

Step 2: Activate the AI Assistant in the subject line 

Enable the AI assistant feature and provide in the designated field a description or context for your email campaign. This description will help the AI understand the campaign’s purpose and target audience.

Select the language in which you want the AI to assist in generating email content. Ensure it aligns with your campaign’s target audience. Choose between the available AI models, such as “Bard” or “Open AI,” for generating email content. Consider the specific strengths and capabilities of each model when making your selection.

Step 3: Utilize the AI Assistant in the Email Editor

Locate the AI Wizard element in the Usable Elements section on the right side. Insert and drop the block in your preferred section. Repeat Step 2 and review the AI-generated content. Make sure that the content aligns with your campaign goals and overall branding.
